Healthy 60 Second Chocolate Brownie!

Quick and easy recipe given to me by David Whitley, Senior RKC.  Take 2 scoops of your prograde lean chocolate and place it into a microwave safe bowl  (the smaller the bowl the thicker the brownie!).  Add very small amounts of water and stir it until is makes the consistency of a brownie batter.  Then just place in the microwave for 30 seconds and check to see if it is to your liking.  If not continue to microwave for 15 seconds at a time until it is the way you like it.  DO NOT OVER COOK, will be the consistency of a hockey puck!

Then just sit back and enjoy!  Terrific protein treat that is guilt free!
